רב אמר הרי זה מקח טעות זיל בתר רובא ורובא דאינשי לרדיא הוא דזבני ושמואל אמר יכול שיאמר לו לשחיטה מכרתיו לך ולא אזלינן בתר רובא כי אזלינן בתר רובא באיסורא אבל בממונא לא אזלינן בתר רובא אלא המוציא מחבירו עליו הראיה
